About
SpaceTrack is a public satellite tracking tool
SpaceTrack shows live estimated positions for the ISS, Starlink and selected satellite groups. It is built for sky watching, education and general orbital awareness.
What the service does
The tracker uses public orbital element data and SGP4 propagation to estimate where supported spacecraft are above Earth. The Over Me tool uses your coordinates to calculate upcoming visible passes.
Data sources and accuracy
Satellite positions are estimates derived from TLE data. Timing, visibility and coordinates can drift as orbital data ages or when satellites maneuver. SpaceTrack should not be used for safety-critical operations, collision avoidance, aviation, navigation or emergency decisions.
Independent project
SpaceTrack is not affiliated with NASA, SpaceX, CelesTrak, NORAD or any government agency. Names such as ISS and Starlink are used only to identify tracked spacecraft groups.
