SpaceTrack is designed to work without user accounts, subscriptions or personal profiles.
Location data
If you allow browser geolocation, your browser provides coordinates so the Over Me tool can calculate satellite passes. You can also enter coordinates manually. SpaceTrack does not require your name, email or account details to use the public tracker.
Operational analytics
The service may keep basic operational logs and analytics such as requested paths, timestamps, IP address, user agent, status code and whether traffic appears to be human or automated. This is used for security, abuse prevention, performance monitoring and reliability.
Browser storage
SpaceTrack can store local preferences in your browser, such as theme, map display options and saved observer coordinates. This data is stored on your device using browser storage.
Third-party data
The application uses public orbital data and map resources needed to render the tracker. Do not enter sensitive personal information into search or coordinate fields.
